Big Bang Project- Lodha Group has brought 87 acres of land parcel in Kolshet road in Thane west. The Group was in talks with Clariant Chemicals and closed the deal for Rs. 1,154 Crores. Lodha Group will now have access to develop 6 million sq feet of residential and commercial complex in this project. The project is nicknamed by real estate experts as Lodha Big Bang. However, it is expected that Lodha Group will change the name of the project to Big Bang
